Once we receive your claim, we will review your submission and if we cannot help solve your issue, we’ll issue you a prompt refund, in FULL.
To receive a full refund, you must submit your request and all materials proving you did the work before 11:59 PM (GMT +7) on the 90th day following your purchase.
After you submit your materials, our team will asses your request and the work that you have done. Please note that all refunds are discretionary. No refunds will be provided more than 90 days after your date of purchase.
If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 90th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We request that all payments must be made on a timely basis. If any of your payments fail, we have the right to revoke your access immediately.

If you purchase coaching with us, the sessions are to be booked within 6 months of the purchase date. This will allow us to help you faster and more effectively. After 6 months any remaining coaching sessions will expire.
